As a Bilingual Immigration Consultant at Vialto Partners, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of Mexican immigration laws, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth transitions. Your expertise will be essential in providing personalized advice and solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.

Application Preparation and Submission:

• Prepare and review various immigration applications, including visas, residency permits, work permits, and citizenship applications.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner to the immigration authority.

Compliance and Due Diligence:

• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures in Mexico.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure clients meet all legal requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the immigration process.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible for reference.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of immigration related experience in Mexico.
• We need the candidate to live in Aguascalientes, Mx as they will be attending the nearby immigration offices to submit the relevant immigration applications
• Advanced English Level.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office
• High School Degree.
