Your expertise will be essential in providing personalized advice and solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.
Application Preparation and Submission:
- Prepare and review various immigration applications, including visas, residency permits, work permits, and citizenship applications.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner to the immigration authority.
Compliance and Due Diligence:
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures in Mexico.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure clients meet all legal requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the immigration process.
- Provide ongoing support and updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible for reference.
- 1-3 years of immigration-related experience in Mexico.
- Candidate must be located in Monterrey, Mx as they will be attending the nearby immigration offices to submit the relevant immigration applications
- Advanced English Level.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office
- High School Degree.
