Job Description

Provide HR generalist support to the EMEA region to improve the full employee life cycle including but not limited to efficiency and productivity in areas such as; employee relations, inclusivity, and employee engagement. The opportunity is open to the candidates based in United Kingdom and Ireland but we do encourage coming into London office from time to time to connect with the team.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Act as an HR Business Partner and provide support to the business and to other HR senior business partners
  • Provide day-to-day support to teams to elevate the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities
  • Provide HR business partner support to individuals seeking resolution to HR matters that arise including but not limited to performance management, learning and development, talent management etc working closely (as appropriate) with the regional and global HR team
  • Ensure the appropriate handling of employee relations issues
  • Share recommendations with the UK HRBP Senior Manager and Regional HRBP Director for resolution
  • Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices
  • Identify and share insights regarding opportunities and themes in the business to proactively drive an inclusive environment
  • Partner with UK HRBP Senior Manager and Regional HRBP Director to create solutions that best support the people and the business
  • Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement sound solutions
  • Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions
  • Partner with UK HRBP Senior Manager and Regional HRBP Directoras needed on work process changes and change management associated with org design/redesign initiatives
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed


  • 2+ years of experience as HRBP preferably in innovative and agile global organizations
  • Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail, follow up and follow through
  • Curious leaner with proven track record of impacting change and influencing leaders
  • Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with leaders
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Model ethical behaviour

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.
