Job Description

  • Under supervision, the consultant will provide immigration support and manage cases for a specific portfolio of clients.
  • Provide high quality legal advisory services to clients
  • Ensure immigration compliance to clients, managing visa and residency permit applications
  • Liaise with colleagues, network and clients to ensure cases are on track.
  • Draft emails to clients and authorities that are to be reviewed by senior colleagues in relation to immigration requests
  • Keep key clients up to date with developments in local immigration law/processes.
  • Ad-hoc project work to streamline/improve processes.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including billing responsibilities, record updates, document review and tracking, monitoring/confirming upcoming expiries and ad hoc admin tasks.
  • Be responsible for review of applications for residence- and work permits
  • Become immigration expert and encourage knowledge sharing within the team


  • Minimum masters degree, preferably in law but other majors will be welcome
  • Proven skills within immigration, e.g. from the Danish immigration authorities
  • Good teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
  • Able to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and a positive can-do attitude
  • Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken Danish and English
  • Computer skills: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
