In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.

CD&R is investing in the global mobility tax and immigration business, which will now be part of the CD&R portfolio. Vialto Partners, the new Global Mobility Tax, and Immigration Services Business, is made up of approximately 6,000 people, including around 160 partners, across 41 territories. The practice services more than 3,000 multinational and distributed workforce clients worldwide.

Job Description

Job Profile Name: Sr. Functional/Business Analyst for DMS

        Our Enterprise Services organization is looking for a Sr. Functional/Business Analyst for DMS to be a part of the Enterprise Applications IT team. Document Management System (DMS) is a critical component of the Vialto Business Process. You will be responsible for ensuring that Vialto Business achieve success with their DMS solution, which is defined by effective implementation, high user adoption, and high return on investment. Leveraging your functional and analytical skills, you will achieve these goals by understanding the business’s overall objectives and provide recommendations on how to get the most out of the DMS solution within their business environment. Successful candidates have exceptional customer servicing skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple/competing priorities.


  • Work closely with business to identify their work flow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen DMS solution
  • Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of DMS solution working with an Implementation Partner
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams/individuals for the best interest of Vailto (technical support, engineering, business, implementation partner etc.)
  • Leads the functional team through build, testing and deployment phases of DMS implementation, including coaching and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
  • Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with business to ensure the team meets expectations and contributes to achieving business goals.
  • Develop and sustain effective, “trusted advisor” relationships with stakeholders – including senior leaders to provide credible insight and advice about leveraging technology for business effectiveness and competitiveness
  • Creates and maintains an environment that fosters open communication, learning, collaboration, transparency, and inclusiveness.
  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle to Ensure that all delivery activities are performed in an efficient, quality, and compliant manner
  • Ensure that all Applications are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliant
  • Maintain effective relationship with strategic vendors (software and Application Maintenance Services)
  • Provide training and assist with coaching and development of new and existing team members.
  • Facilitate communication through regularly occurring meetings, 1:1s or team huddles.


  • Experience related to DMS software preferably M Files
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • 3-5 years DMS experience including large scale implementations
  • 2+ years management experience.
  • 8+ years working in IT
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of business users facing experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Prior hands-on working knowledge and/or implementation of an enterprise class application.

  • Ability to guide teams on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
  • Previous experience of having overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending, and implementing change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development 
  • Optimizing time management skills to remain organized and on task. 
  • Having GSuite/MS office experience is a plus.
