Job Description
What you’ll learn and do?
Together with a team of junior associates, you will work on various client assignments related to the employment of staff in Belgium. You will assist clients to meet all their obligations while employing people in Belgium or seconding employees abroad. This not only concerns registration formalities, but also audit, immigration formalities, social security, etc.
You will also coach junior associates in their projects and review their work before final review by management.
You will frequently be in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities inside and outside our newly established organization.
Qualifications
Who you are?
● Master's/bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice, Accounting/Taxation, Social Work, Human Resources, etc.
● You have acquired up to 3 or 4 years of experience in immigration compliance.
● Natural team player with every intention to build an interesting and challenging career.
● You have strong communication skills and are client oriented.
● You are well-organized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines.
● Fluent in Dutch/French and English.
● You are looking for a fun and great place to work.
