The ideal candidate looking to join us as a Senior Associate should meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Finance, Accounting or Law

• Strong technical knowledge related to international PIT taxation and thorough understanding of German Personal Income Tax Law

• Able to prepare and review complex German tax returns for quality, accuracy and relevance (at least 3-4 years of experience)

• Able to prepare and review tax equalization calculations

• Thorough understanding of Datev software and its application

• Excellent English, German language knowledge would be a plus

• Very good communication skills

• Very good coaching skills and willingness to develop junior team members
