Our team is made up of Mobility Managed Services and Workforce Transformation specialists. Together, we help companies to reimagine and reset their global mobility programmes; to build better outcomes for their business, their people and their communities. 

The breadth of expertise and knowledge within our team means we can offer a broad range of services to our clients including:

• Managing their global mobility programmes from an in house Global Mobility perspective

• Mobility programme, strategy and operating model review, design and transformation

• Mobility policy and process design and implementations - including reviews and benchmarking 

• Employee experience review and design - including running voice of the customer interviews, surveys & focus groups

• Mobility management technology and vendor reviews and implementations

• Mobility brand & comms development - including stakeholder engagement and change management

• Thought leadership and brand enhancement e.g. client surveys, blogs, campaigns

As a Senior Manager in our team you will be involved in a broad range of activities.

You will act as the strategic business partner to your clients, sharing market insights, new propositions and keeping your clients up to date with latest developments in Global Mobility.

In addition, you will also help our clients transform their mobility programmes. You will be responsible for leading a variety of projects on new and existing clients, bringing in the specialist skills and experience as needed from across the team and wider Global Mobility practice within Vialto Partners.

As a Senior Manager you play an important part in the team; leading the Mobility Managed Services or Workforce Transformation aspects on client proposals, delivering presentations to new and existing clients, helping to raise the profile of our service offering in EMEA and developing new thought leadership and ways of working to support the growth and success of our team.

Your day to day responsibilities will be varied and may include: 

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Mobility Managed Services to mobile employees and the business, provide top level technical sign off for complex or ambiguous matters throughout the move cycle - e.g. pre-move policy decisions, cost projections, assignment compensation reviews, consulting on policy exceptions etc. 

• Use the Vialto Partners network to ensure you’re bringing in the right specialist teams for individual move cases where appropriate and to support with projects 

• Act as a point of escalation for client, service or contract queries

• Oversee other vendor relationships within Vialto Partners or via external vendors (e.g. relocation, healthcare, payroll, immigration)

• Lead transition of new clients 

• Lead Workforce Transformation projects across a range of potential challenges (e.g. operating model design, global mobility strategy, processes, communications and policies etc)

• Manage your own client relationships

• Support delivery of large and discreet client projects by assisting with; developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, managing relationships with client counterpart(s), delegating work to the team(s) and owning the production of client deliverables

• Contribute to RFPs, deliver presentations and workshops to new and existing clients and develop new thought leadership

• Support Business Development initiatives such as internal and external marketing activities

• Facilitate and deliver presentations and training to our wider colleagues

• Manage the financial aspects of projects e.g. billing and code management

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and manage teams are key

• Subject matter expertise including practical knowledge of Global Mobility issues and trends and proven ability to consult with clients  and/or experience in wider HR talent management, service delivery or change management projects

• Experience of working with a wide range of people in a commercial environment  across  multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to be agile, consultative, creative, curious and client-centric

• Confidence in leading others through ambiguity and working collaboratively to develop new ideas

• Strong project management and time management, including the proven ability to independently prioritise work and multi-task. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

• Strong numeracy and data analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts

• Strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks with clients and peers

• A demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop others

PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business to Become Independent Company Named Vialto Partners.

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.

CD&R is investing in the global mobility tax and immigration business, which will now be part of the CD&R portfolio. Vialto Partners, the new Global Mobility Tax, and Immigration Services Business, is made up of approximately 6,000 people, including around 160 partners, across 41 territories. The practice services more than 3,000 multinational and distributed workforce clients worldwide.
