Our team is made up of Mobility Managed Services and Workforce Transformation specialists. Together, we help companies to reimagine and reset their global mobility programmes; to build better outcomes for their business, their people and their communities.

Managing their global mobility programmes from an in house Global Mobility perspective
Mobility programme, strategy and operating model review, design and transformation
Mobility policy and process design and implementations - including reviews and benchmarking
Employee experience review and design - including running voice of the customer interviews, surveys & focus groups
Mobility management technology and vendor reviews and implementations
Mobility brand & comms development - including stakeholder engagement and change management
Thought leadership and brand enhancement e.g. client surveys, blogs, campaigns

Job Description
We work on exciting projects with a broad range of clients; from start-ups who are setting up their mobility programme and thinking through the best way to manage their expanding global workforce to established large global and FTSE 100 companies who are undergoing mobility transformations to keep up with the changing demands of global workforce mobility in a post pandemic world.
The COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly changed the world of work forever, accelerating the need for companies to rethink the global workforce - from the talent pools they look to attract people from, to engaging, motivating, rewarding and empowering employees, to mobilising the workforce so the business is able to access the skills they need, when and where they need them to be.
As part of this role you will also be supporting the Mobility Managed Services team which is a key growth area for Vialto Partners. We currently have a team of circa 25 mobility specialists spread across EMEA with a broad range of previous experiences in; tax, social security, mobility software services and in-house GM roles. We currently have a strong client portfolio and a strong pipeline of work across EMEA.

About the role:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple client projects and business development activities. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients to solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution, bringing in market insights and best practices. We are looking for someone who is curious and creative and looking to put their client relationship skills to excellent use.
Projects range from:
Mobility programme, strategy and operating model review, design and transformation
Mobility policy and process design and implementations - including reviews and benchmarking
Employee experience review and design - including running voice of the customer interviews, surveys & focus groups
Mobility management technology and vendor reviews and implementations
Mobility brand & comms development - including stakeholder engagement and change management
Thought leadership and brand enhancement e.g. client surveys, blogs, campaigns
Specific responsibilities include:
Support delivery of client projects by building relationships with client counterpart(s), producing client deliverables, delegating work to the team whilst reporting to Managers and above
Solve challenges for our clients, conduct Global Mobility assessments and make recommendations
Contribute to RFPs, presentations and workshops to new and existing clients and develop new thought leadership
Support and deliver presentations and training to our wider colleagues
Assist with the financial management of projects e.g. billing and code management
Mobility Managed Services Team
Strong organisational skills are key and day to day responsibilities include:
Day to day case management and answering client and employee queries
Supporting with policy queries from employees, clients and external vendors
Managing end to end process through myMobilityHQ and supporting with technology related queries and set up for new clients
Supporting with pre-move planning, including discussing compensation package, support and allowances
Preparing / reviewing cost projections, assignment documentation (letters, compensation statements and balance sheets)
Supporting with salary and COLA review process, including preparation of hypo tax calculations, updating assignment allowances etc
Liaising with, initiating and managing other providers (e.g. relocation, healthcare, payroll and immigration)
Preparation of payroll notifications including understanding of expatriate payroll and impact of changes in compensation and allowances as a result of an international move
Sourcing and using expat data, including preparation of salary/allowance reviews e.g. Cost of Living Allowance, Housing tables, Location Allowances
Processing updates to assignee circumstances (e.g. family size) and dealing with management of expenses, and exception requests.
Leading employee briefings
Support with ad hoc queries and managing exception requests
Potential to experience being part of a client’s global mobility team through remote client secondments
Qualifications

Subject matter expertise including practical knowledge of Global Mobility issues and trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management; ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Strong numeracy and data analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.
